1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Items eligible for return or exchange must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Non-customized items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@818streetwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a clear description, and photographic evidence if applicable.
3. Manufacturing Defects or Errors:
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please provide clear images of the defect or error when contacting Customer Service.
4. Size Exchanges:
If you receive an item and it does not fit, we offer one free size exchange per order.
The replacement item will be sent once the original item is returned and inspected.
5. Returns for Non-Customized Items:
Non-customized items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs for non-customized items are the customer's responsibility.
